At checkout you will be provided with delivery options available in your area. Please note, we do not hold orders for later delivery.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is carried out by an external courier company, which is a one-man delivery service to the front door at ground level, no flights of stairs, all standard deliveries are "Authority to leave"**.
For each state within Australia, we offer different shipping rates for metropolitan suburbs vs regional suburbs.
We strive to keep our valued customers happy and satisfied, and it’s for this reason that we offer not just an excellent range of products, an exceptional 4.9 star customer service rating but also FREE STANDARD DELIVERY to select Australian Metropolitan Suburbs on our range of CoZee Co-sleeping Bassinets and Furniture items including our Nursery Chairs, Cots, Chests and Beds when you spend $199 or more.
For those regional suburbs that are a little more challenging to access, there may be an additional delivery charge, our customer service team will contact you if this is the case to discuss your delivery options.
Premium delivery
Premium delivery is only available in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney locations at an additional charge with an external courier who will contact you with a day and approximate time for delivery. This service is with two people delivering to a room of your choice. Attendance is required to enable entry to the property.

Pre-order Item Delivery
Delivery ETA applies to items in stock only. Any item purchased on Pre-Order will be dispatched soon after the date stated at the time of purchase, delivery times stated above will then apply.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all Melbourne public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day. All orders are dispatched with Authority To Leave. We do not hold orders for dispatch at a later date.
