iL Tutto Returns & Exchanges

iL Tutto International Pty Ltd guarantees that you have ordered a quality product that you will love. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. *excludes Outlet items. 

We are happy to arrange a courier booking for the return of your item, all return costs will be at your expense. Please contact our customer serivce team for a quote to return. 

All refund applications are at the discretion of Il Tutto management.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the item(s) must be returned: 

    • Within 30 days of purchase
    • Unused, no marks or stains and with the original tags still attached 
    • In the original packaging which must be undamaged, this includes all inner packaging and the external carton.

        Outlet Items

        Clearance items from the Outlet page cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

        Grow Kindly Returns & Exchanges

        If you wish to return Grow Kindly items and the product/s you have received is incorrect or faulty, please email hello@growkindly.com.au 

        Items are to be packaged carefully and posted back at your expense to the return address you will be provided from our customer service team. 

        We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if: 

          • The return was made after 30 days 
          • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of use 
          • The products are not returned in their original and undamaged packaging 
          • The items were advertised in our Outlet category at time of purchase 

        Once your item has been received by us, the refund will be processed less any return shipping costs. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.

        Faulty items

        If you believe an item to be faulty, Il Tutto International Pty Ltd will gladly repair, exchange or refund in accordance with the following process: 

          • Please email us through our contacts page. Be sure to provide order number along with video/images and a detailed description of the fault for assessment. 
          • If your item is within the 12 month warranty period we may arrange for a service or repair. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be offered.
          • If your item is out of warranty, we are happy to assist with repairs or spare parts if available, these will be at your cost. 

                When returning items we strongly recommended you retain proof of postage.  

                Important Information 

                We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see online. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings. We recommend ordering our free swatches to assist with colour selection.
