If you live in a metropolitan suburb in Australia (excluding Perth, Hobart, ACT & Darwin) you are eligible for free standard delivery (which includes delivery to your door, no stairs). Regional deliveries only include standard delivery at a flat rate per state to most regional areas.

Regularly vacuum or brush the surface to remove dust and debris, preventing them from settling into the chairs fibers. In case of spills or stains, promptly blot the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the fabric. To maintain the softness and texture, consider rotating or flipping the cushions periodically. Additionally, keep the chair away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Is granted authorisation according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. To use the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® mark, based on the test report 21.0.84380 STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified products have been tested for harmful substances to protect your health. Tested for Toxic Chemicals. 

How fast does it take for Maya to reach its full recline position?

It will take 15 seconds for Frankie to reach a full recline position.  

Does Maya make noise? If so, is it loud?

We understand when you're in your chair soothing bubs, the last thing you need is a noisy chair to wake up your newborn. For this reason, we designed our Maya chair to be very quiet. The noise is hardly noticeable and won't interrupt your time with your little one. 

I want to order but it's on pre-order, what does this mean?

For any pre-orders made, the ETA date will be outlined on the product page and confirmed in an email. This is usually any time from 2 weeks – to 3 months, depending on how quickly we can get the item made for you. No need to stress if you see that the pre-order date has changed on the product page. If you’ve made a pre-order already, the date on your pre-order confirmation email is still valid.
